The mission of Frozen Minis is to create convenience for all individuals through the preparation and ease of packaging and distribution of finger food options. To continuously create wide variety of food options for a wide range of taste, using the best flavours and enticing all customers with not only convenience, but also quality. The company will seek to be a prominent brand both within the individual customer and business communities, heavily leveraging the use of social media. THE VISION: The vision of the company is to become a lead manufacturer regionally, with production and brand recognition at the top of brands in its sector regionally. To be a leader in the use of technology and social media customer connectivity. Frozen Minis will form of convenience for customers that is second to none, being their first choice for entertaining on big and small scales. Frozen Minis will provide a quality that is aspired to by other companies both within and outside of the sector. The company will seek to go public on local and regional stock exchanges, allowing for the ownership of this quality brand by multiple Caribbean nationals and increasing the size and use of the stock exchange in these islands, while showing an additional way to gain financing. OUR STORY: Both Lucinda and Sean come from small business families, Lucinda grew up working with her parents' catering business which is now 29 years old. Sean grew up with his parents' owning multiple small businesses throughout his life, with the bakery and farm being consistent businesses throughout the years. Lucinda gained an interest in food preparation through working with her parents and even worked with Sean's family for a time before they were married. Sean became interested, not so much in the food, but the business side of things and product creation. Together they seem to make the perfect team for any food service business. Firstly they started by selling pizzas when Lucinda's aunt was selling pudding and souse, taking deliveries on social media, for those who wanted something different from the souse being made. Soon this evolved into making mini pizzas for a nearby primary school to assist with their fund raising. Following the birth of their daughter, Sean and Lucinda would do many 'at home date nights', Lucinda was at home when she was not selling to the school at the time and would make many other mini treats and freeze them for the family. Getting the children to bed early on Fridays and then the couple would heat these meals, coupled with some wine, and have a date night at home with a movie. Soon Lucinda's friends were asking her to cater for varying events, particularly bridal showers, with these mini goodies. Sean would push Lucinda to consider making this a business, more catering jobs followed and soon catering for business events were requested and duly obliged. Lucinda finally agreed with Sean that this is a viable business outside of the line of catering she was accustomed, but from the route where it originally started for the couple, convenience. No time to cook for date night, let's just pop it in the oven and go, with this concept in mind Frozen Minis has been born. Frozen Mini will continue to seek to offer convenience for on the go parents, businesses with finger food functions, individuals with events to cater: showers, limes and games' nights and just for good old date night.
